Abstract

Pembentukan karakter tidak dapat dipisahkan dari proses pembelajaran. Karakter disiplin siswa adalah bagian penting yang perlu dibentuk dan diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Proses pembelajaran Kristen perlu membentuk siswa memiliki sikap disiplin. Kenyataannya melalui hasil observasi dan lembar penilaian afektif terdapat siswa yang terlambat hadir, tidak taat pada peraturan kelas, tidak mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik, dan terlambat mengumpulkan tugas. Implementasi penghargaan dan konsekuensi menjadi solusi yang efektif digunakan dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi penghargaan dan konsekusi untuk membentuk disiplin siswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penulisan dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil kajian yang diperoleh yaitu implementasi penghargaan dan konsekuensi efektif digunakan untuk membentuk disiplin siswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penghargaan diberikan secara verbal berupa kata-kata pujian dan konsekuensi yang diberikan berupa refleksi diri. Penghargaan dan konseskuensi yang diberikan harus berlandaskan kasih Kristus. Implementasi penghargaan dan konsekuensi perlu diberikan guru secara bijak dan pembentukan disiplin siswa harus dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan konsekuen. Saran yang diberikan yaitu implementasi penghargaan dan konsekuensi pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat diberikan lebih inovatif dan kreatif./ Character building cannot be separated from the learning process. The character of student discipline is an important that needs to be formed and applied in the distance learning process. The Christian learning process needs to shape students to have a disciplined. In fact, through the results of observations and affective assessment sheets, there were students who attended late, did not obey class rules, did not follow learning well, and were late in submitting assignments. The implementation of rewards and consequences is an effective solution used in overcoming these problems. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to know how the role of the teacher in implementing rewards and consequences, as well as knowing the process of implementing rewards and execution to shape student discipline in distance learning. The methodology used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study obtained were the implementation of rewards and effective consequences used to shape student discipline in distance learning. Awards are given verbally in the form of words of praise and the consequences are given in the form of self-reflection. Rewards and consequences should based on God’s love. The implementation of rewards and consequences needs to be given by the teacher wisely and the formation of student discipline must be carried out consistently and consequently. The advice given is that the implementation of rewards and consequences can be more innovative and creative.
