Abstract

Tanggung jawab belajar berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Siswa dituntut dengan melaksanakan kewajiban belajarnya. Tanggung jawab belajar memiliki manfaat diantaranya siswa terlibat aktif, disiplin, serta meningkatkan kemandirian. Tanggung jawab belajar yang rendah berdampak pada perkembangan diri serta hasil belajar yang rendah. Terdapat siswa yang tidak mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan serta mengumpulkan tugas tidak tepat waktu. Tujuan dari penulisan paper ini adalah menjelaskan upaya guru menangani rendahnya tanggung jawab belajar siswa melalui bimbingan dan motivasi di dalam pembelajaran. Tanggung jawab belajar akan terlaksana jika terdapat motivasi dalam diri siswa yang dapat ditumbuhkan melalui bimbingan dalam pembelajaran. Metode penulisan menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Bentuk kepedulian guru menangani masalah siswa, merupakan suatu wujud dari tindakan kasih kepada siswa. Kasih Allah yang telah menubus manusia dari maut dan membawanya dalam kasih karunia-Nya, sehingga manusia memperoleh keselamatan. Guru Kristen dipanggil sebagai rekan sekerja Allah, membawa siswa kepada karya penebusan Kristus. Guru Kristen harus mencari dan membawa mereka pada jalan benar. Kesimpulan dalam menerapkan bimbingan dan motivasi dapat menangani rendahnya tanggung jawab belajar siswa. Saran dari penulisan ini adalah guru perlu meningkatkan relasi dalam pembelajaran dengan siswa, peduli terhadap masalah siswa, memberikan motivasi belajar, serta memberikan komitmen dari bimbingan secara berkala/ The responsibility of learning is importanly in achieving the purpose of learning. Students learning is required to conscientiously carry out theirs duties. The responsibilities of learning benefit to students being actively involved, more disciplined, and increasing student self reliance. Lack of responsibility for learning result in personal development as well as poor study result. The purpose if this paper is to explain the teachers efforts to handle the students low responsibility of learning through guidance and motivation in learning. Responsibility carried out if there is motivation that can be grown through guidance in learning. Methode of this paper use descriptive qualitative. Teacher`s caring for student problem is the act of love. Gods love trough the cross ang brought in His grace. Christian teachers called as agents reconciliation, bringing students to redemtion of Christ. Problem of the responsibility distortion of God`s will. Christian teachers should find out and take them on the right way. The result of this paper is, guidance and motivation can handle low responsibility and participate in creasing students responsibilities. The advice this paper is teacher need to increase personal relationships, care for student problem, provide learning motivation and commit from guidance periodly.
