Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar di sekolah merupakan kegiatan yang di dalamnya terjadi interaksi. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari peran guru dalam merancang konsep pembelajaran yang mendorong siswa untuk aktif dalam membangun pengetahuannya. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih ditemukan rancangan metode yang tidak sesuai kondisi pembelajaran sehingga membuat siswa menjadi pasif. Sebab itu, diperlukan metode yang mampu menarik minat siswa untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran salah satunya metode bermain. Penulisan proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam mengaplikasikan metode bermain serta aplikasinya untuk mengembangkan keaktifan siswa dengan metode penulisan kualitatif deskriptif. Siswa adalah ciptaan Allah yang aktif sehingga mendorong perlunya rancangan metode dalam pendidikan Kristen yang mampu menarik minat siswa untuk aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kesimpulannya adalah dalam mengaplikasikan metode bermain peran guru ialah melakukan perencanaan, menjadi fasilitator yang mengarahkan proses belajar, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam aplikasinya siswa diberi kesempatan untuk aktif dalam bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapatnya melalui sebuah permainan. Disarankan bagi peneliti/penulis berikutnya untuk mengkaji efektifitas metode bermain terhadap keaktifan siswa dan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran lainnya / Teaching and learninf in school is an activity where there is interaction. This is inseparable from the role of the teacher to design learning concept that encourage students to be active to have knowledge. However, in reality design of learning method is not suitable for the learning condition that make students became passive. Therefore, we need a method that is able to attract students to be active in learning one of them is games method. This final project aims to analyze the role of the teacher to applying games method and the application to develop student activeness with desctiptive qualitative methods. Students are active creation of God, thus encouraging to design learning method in Christian education to attract studentsto be active in teaching in learning process. The conclusion, the role of the teacher to applying games method are planning, being a facilitator who directs the learning process, and evaluate learning process. In the application, students are given opportunity to be actively involved in asking question and expressing their opinion through a game. It is recommended for the next researcher/writer to examine the effectiveness of the game method on student interaction and effect on learning outcomes in other subjects.
