Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogi guru merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki semua guru sebab melalui hal tersebut guru dapat mengorganisasikan pembelajaran secara menyeluruh. Salah satunya dalam pengelolaan kelas secara non fisik, aspek non fisik ternyata sangat berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi siswa di dalam pembelajaran. Hasil observasi menunjukan masih terdapat siswa yang pasif di dalam pembelajaran. Maka, melalui penelitian kualitiatif deskriptif ini akan membahas kompetensi pedagogi guru dalam pengelolaan kelas non fisik sebagai wujud melaksanakan pembelajaran efektif . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah cara pengelolaan kelas non fisik guru Kristen demi melaksanakan pembelajaran efektif. Kesimpulan menunjukan guru Kristen harus melaksanakan pengelolaan kelas non fisik di dasari oleh hukum kasih, mau untuk mengenal karaktersitik siswa, dapat menentukan metode yang tepat dalam pendekatan norma Alkitab. Dengan demikian, terjadi proses pengorganisasian yang baik di dalam kelas, komunikasi berjalan efektif, tercipta antusiasme di dalam pembelajaran, dan adanya sikap positif belajar. Saran dari penelitian ini, yaitu dapat melakukan penelitian dengan tatap muka langsung, memberikan tambahan refrensi, dan bagi guru dapat melaksanakan pengelolaan kelas non fisik secara sistematis dalam RPP, dan konsisten melakukan evaluasi terhadap kelas fisik./ Teacher pedagogical competence is the important proficiency that every teacher must hold, this proficiency will deliver teacher to organize whole learning process. Non-physical class management is one of the aspects, in the fact non- physical class management has a strong effect to student participation. The observation shown that learning process in some class still not be effective because there are passive students in the classroom. Therefore, through this research could explain how teacher implement non-physical class management to built effective learning. The purpose of this study show the way Christian Teacher implement non- physical class management. The conclusion shows, the implementation the of non- physical class management must base on the law of love, teacher should identify each of student character and right method, in law of the Bible approch. Therefore, there is effective communication, entusiasm in learning process, and positive learning behavior. This research needs to be develop in face to face learning and then researchers need to add more relevant sorce, for every teacher need to implemented the method with systematical process with Lesson Plan and do some evaluate in physical class either.
