Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Direktorat Kelaikudaraan dan Pengoperasian Pesawat Udara (DKPPU) yang dilakukan kepada seluruh pegawai DKPPU tanpa karakteristik pegawai tertentu. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kinerja pegawai yang penting untuk diperhatikan lebih mendalam serta faktor-faktor terkait yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai agar suatu instansi pemerintah diharapkan dapat memberikan output kerja yang maksimal, khususnya dalam penelitian ini adalah menyusun norma dan prosedur dalam kelaikudaraan dan pengoperasian pesawat udara, mengeluarkan sertifikasi dan lisensi terkait pengoperasian pesawat udara. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang diuji adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sehingga dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap kinerja pegawai di DKPPU. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden ialah kepada seluruh pegawai. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 188 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 23 dalam mengelola data, data yang diolah penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda. Bersumber pada hasil pengolahan data, terbukti bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dan memberikan saran mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada perusahaan atau instansi pemerintah khususnya dalam penelitian ini adalah Direktorat Kelaikudaraan dan Pengoperasian Pesawat Udara (DKPPU) / The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance in Directorate of Airworthiness and Aircraft Operations to all employees without specific and characteristics of employee. The background of this study by employee performance important for more attention and related factors to influence employee performance in a government agency to provide maximum work output, expecially in make formulate norms, procedures in airworthiness and aircraft operations, certificates and licenses of aircraft operations. The Variables of this study are leadership, work motivation, and work environment that be expected to influence employee performance for further research towards employee performance in Directorate of Airworthiness and Aircraft Operations. Data collection techniques are observation and quesionnaires was applied from all employees. The size of samples is 188 respondents. The technique of data analysis used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linier regression, and multiple linier regression tests using SPSS versi 23. Result of hypothesis testing shows that the variables, leadership has a positif and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study is intended to be helpful and provide advice on the effect of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in companies or government agencies especially in this study is Directorate Airworthiness and Aircraft Operations.
