Abstract
Pembelajaran yang berorientasi kepada guru merupakan pendekatan tradisional yang perlahan-lahan di ubah menjadi pendekatan modern dan berorientasi kepada siswa. Salah satu pendekatan yang berorientasi kepada siswa yaitu Pendekatan Saintifik. Pendekatan ini adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengarahkan siswa untuk memperoleh pengetahuan berdasarkan metode ilmiah. Namun, peneliti menemukan masalah-masalah yang terjadi saat Pendekatan Saintifik diterapkan di kelas X dan XI IPS pada pelajaran Ekonomi. Permasalahanpermasalahan tersebut yaitu: 1) Kurangnya wawasan siswa tentang fenomena ekonomi di sekitar mereka. 2) Siswa kurang mengetahui aplikasi nyata materi pelajaran. 3) Siswa kurang mampu menganalisis soal dan studi kasus. 4) Siswa sulit menorganisir bahan-bahan belajar. 5) Siswa kurang motivasi untuk belajar siswa. 6) Siswa tidak mengetahui tujuan belajar ekonomi. 7) Siswa tidak memiliki koleksi bahan-bahan belajar. Maka dari itu, dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Penilaian Portofolio sebagai usulan perbaikan permasalahan pada Pendekatan Saintifik pelajaran Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Kualitatif dari John Creswell. Tempat penelitian yaitu di salah satu sekolah di kota Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X dan XI IPS dengan total penjumlahan dari dua kelas tersebut yaitu 49 siswa. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi identifikasi masalah, penelusuran kepustakaan, maksud dan tujuan penelitan, pengumpulan data, analisis dan penafsiran data, dan pelaporan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Observasi, Kuisioner, Jurnal Refleksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan Penilaian Portofolio dapat digunakan sebagai upaya perbaikan permasalahan pada Pendekatan Saintifik pelajar Ekonomi. / Oriented learning for teachers is the traditional approach that is slowly transformed into a modern approach and oriented to students. One approach that is oriented to students Scientific Approach. This approach is a learning approach that directs students to acquire knowledge based on the scientific method. However, researchers found the problems that occur when the Scientific Approach implemented in grade X and XI Social Class in the subject of Economics. These problems are: 1) Lack of insight into the students about economic phenomena around them. 2) Students are not informed about the real application of the subject matter. 3) Students are less able to analyze problems and case studies. 4) Students are difficult menorganisir learning materials. 5) Students are less motivation for student learning. 6) Students do not know the purpose of studying economics. 7) Students do not have a collection of learning materials. Therefore, in this study, researchers used a Portfolio Assessment as proposed fixes problems on Scientific Approach in the subject of Economics. This research uses qualitative research models of John Creswell. The place of research is in one of the schools in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The subjects were students of grade X and XI Social Class with the total sum of the two classes is 49 students. The procedure in this research include the identification of the problem, search the literature, the intent and purpose of research, data collection, analysis and interpretation of data, and reporting. The instruments used are observation, questionnaire, Reflection Journal. Results from this resarch indicate that the use of Assessment Portfolio can be used as a repair problems on Scientific Approach Economics in the subject of Economics.
