Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dalam memahami pengaruh dukungan pendidikan, dukungan relasi, dan dukungan struktural kepada sikap pribadi dan persepsi atas kontrol perilaku terhadap niat wirausaha online, dan juga hubungan antara kepribadian kewirausahaan dan niat menggunakan media sosial terhadap niat wirausaha online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang berisi 37 indikator sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia, dengan target responden adalah 370 mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh masa kuliah aktif di Indonesia. Pengukuran terhadap model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model) dianalisa menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Model pengukuran mencakup uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sementara model struktural mencakup nilai R-square, nilai statistik-T, dan nilai P. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif pada masing-masing hubungan dari variabel yang digunakan. / The aim of this study is to provide an overview in understanding the influence of educational support, relational support, and structural support to personal attitude and perceived behavioral control towards online entrepreneurial intention, and also the relationship between entrepreneurial personality and intention to use social media towards online entrepreneurial intention. The quantitative method is used in this study, by using an online questionnaire containing 37 indicators as a tool for data collection. This research was conducted in Indonesia, with the target of 370 university students who are currently active studying in Indonesia. The measurement of outer and inner model were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. Which the outer model includes validity and reliability tests, while the inner model includes the value of R-square, T-statistic, and P-value. This study found that there is a significant and positive relationship in each of the variables used.
