Abstract

Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengembangkan fitur smart alert yang ada pada aplikasi human resource SunFish versi 6 yang dibuat dan dikembangkan oleh DataOn. Fitur ini akan mempermudah pengguna mengetahui informasi yang terjadi dalam perusahaan dan informasi mengenai dirinya sendiri. Saat ini, untuk mencari laporan karyawan belum bisa didapatkan dengan mudah, pengguna belum dapat mengakses laporan melalui fitur smart alert tersebut. Hal ini menghalangi pengguna untuk mendapatkan informasi yang penting dengan cepat. Analisis dan perancangan fitur dibuat menggunakan metodologi Agile Development. Perancangan ini dimulai dengan perencanaan fitur, analisis sistem saat ini dan mengumpulkan requirements melalui observasi, analisis fitur smart alert yang ada sekarang dan membuat alert pada sistem SunFish HR. Kemudian menganalisis laporan-laporan yang terdapat pada SunFish HR, mendesain kembali laporan yang telah ada dan membuat desain laporan baru untuk aplikasi smart alert. Setelah itu, dilakukan desain konseptual yang meliputi pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML 2.0 dari perspektif fungsional, implementasi desain dan melakukan pemrograman aplikasi laporan smart alert. Evaluasi desain dilakukan dengan menggunakan content testing yang terdiri dari pengujian tata bahasa dan pengertian alert, serta black box testing. Hasil perancangan ini adalah beberapa macam alert dan rancangan laporan smart alert untuk mempermudah melihat informasi terkait alert yang ada. Dari fitur smart alert yang berupa alert ini dapat langsung melihat laporan yang ada, dengan penyaringan khusus sesuai dengan alert tersebut. / The goal of this final project is to develop a smart alert feature in the human resource application SunFish version 6 developed by DataOn. This feature will ease the user in getting information about the company or themselves. Currently, there is no overview or easy summary for user to directly access or view report incoming alerts. This hinders the user from acquiring important information quickly. The analysis and design of this feature are conducted using the agile development methodology. The process starts with planning, gathering user requirements and analyzing the current system and the smart alert features on the SunFish HR application. It then continues with analyzing reports generated by SunFish HR application, redesigning existing reports and creating new reports for the smart alert feature based on the results of the analysis. UML2.0 is used to model the design from a functional perspective. The content of design is tested both syntactically and semantically, and black box testing to conduct functional testing. The result of is an interface design of the smart alert feature with new filtering criteria and various new and improved alert reports that contain relevant information for user for their ease of viewing.
