Abstract
Indonesia is a developing country with increasing potential in economic development and a growth of office space originating from online business are in an increase this year. Therefore, it will be an increase in office supplies in demand. This report is based on the internship that was done in Sumber Central Teknik, a chair manufacturing component industry. SCT consist 4 shareholders and has more than 100 employees. SCT produces more than 500 types of products, however the intern will only focus on 4 main products that takes up to 30% of the total sales from SCT yearly. In this report, the intern will be analysing the competitive advantage of SCT which are the company's, industry analysis, marketing mix, customer relationship management, and SWOT analysis (which includes the EFI and IFE matrix and TOWS). Then lastly the report will be completed with a recommendation that could potentially benefit the industry for future growth and development.
