Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh system quality, information quality, dan service quality terhadap intention to purchase perusahaan e-commerce lazada yang di mediasi oleh customer trust . Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner elektronik Google Forms. Penelitian ini dilakukan di seluruh Indonesia dimana mereka yang pernah menggunakan atau bertransaksi di e-commerce Lazada menjadi responden penelitian ini. Model pengukuran outer model dan inner model dianalisis dengan SmartPLS 3.3.2. Outer model terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas sedangkan model dalam menguji uji T-statistik, dan P-value. Selanjutnya, pemodelan persamaan struktural dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan konstruk dalam kerangka teori penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa System quality terhadap Customer trust, Information quality terhadap Customer trust, Service quality terhadap Customer trust, dan Customer trust terhadap Intention to purchase memiliki hubungan yang didukung. Seluruh variabel dan hubungannya ini dimasukkan ke dalam konteks Perusahaan e-commerce Lazada untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih dapat diterapkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan untuk memperluas kontribusi penelitian terhadap literatur yang ada dengan menyelidiki konsep System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Customer Trust, dan Intention to Purchase.
