Abstract

Kemudahan dalam memperoleh suatu informasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan. Informasi perusahaan yang baik dan tepat mempengaruhi bagaimana perusahaan bekerja agar dapat mencapai tujuan bisnis perusahaan. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya people dashboard yang berbasis website sangat penting untuk divisi Human Capital di PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk. (MPPA) dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai perusahaan. People dashboard di MPPA masih menggunakan media Microsoft Power Point. Dalam pembentukan people dashboard juga harus meluangkan banyak waktu untuk mengolah data demography, expenses, wages dan sales menjadi data yang diinginkan. Pengolahan data tersebut juga masih dilakukan dengan excel spreadsheet. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan aplikasi people dashboard berbasis website yang membantu dan mempermudah pengguna dalam mengelola data dan membuat kesimpulan dalam bentuk grafik dan tabel. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan diagram UML 2.0 seperti activity diagram, class diagram, use case description dan use case diagram. Aplikasi ini memiliki data warehouse yang menggunakan skema bintang. Pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode Prototyping. Aplikasi yang diusulkan dibangun dengan menggunakan Active Server Pages NET (ASP.NET) 4.5 dengan model pengembangan MVC (Model View Controller). Hasil akhir dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah aplikasi people dashboard berbasis web yang diharapkan akan membantu dan mempermudah pengguna dalam melihat data MPPA. / The ease in obtaining information is necessary for companies‟ decision making process. Proper information will affect how the company works in order to achieve its goals. Therefore, with people dashboard which is website-based, it is very important for Human Capital division of PT Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk. (MPPA) in obtaining information about the company. People dashboard in MPPA is still using Microsoft Power Point. Establishing People Dashboard also require a lot of time to process demography, expenses, wages and sales data into the desired information. Also, this dataprocessing is still done by excel spreadsheet. Therefore, the website-based people dashboard application is needed to help and facilitate users to process data and make conclusions in the form of graphs and tables. The development of this application is developed using UML 2.0 diagram like activity diagram, class diagram, use case description and use case diagram. This application uses a starschemed data warehouse. This Final Paper is using Rapid Application Development (RAD) method alongside with Prototyping method. The suggested application is built using Active Server Pages NET (ASP.NET) 4.5 with MVC (Model View Controller) development model. The final result of this Final Paper is website-based people dashboard application that is expected to help and facilitate users in viewing MPPA data
