Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing, Brand Image dan Motivasi terhadap Minat Beli Food and Beverage Fast Food di McDonalds Lippo St Mark Square Karawaci. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan di penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling (pengambilan sampel secara acak). Kriteria untuk sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah, pengunjung yang pernah makan di McDonalds Lippo St Mark Square Karawaci, dengan responden berjumlah 270 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H1: terdapat pengaruh positif pada social media marketing terhadap minat beli dan C.R sebesar 2,413 dan P senilai 0,016, lalu H2: tidak terdapat pengaruh positif pada brand image terhadap minat beli dan C.R sebesar 0,153 dan P senilai 0,878, dan yang terakhir, H3: terdapat pengaruh positif pada motivasi terhadap minat beli dan C.R sebesar 3,282 dan P senilai 0,001. Kesimpulannya bahwa minat beli fast food di McDonalds Lippo St Mark Square Karawaci dipengaruhi oleh Social Media Marketing dan Brand Image, sedangkan motivasi tidak mempengaruhi minat beli masyarakat.
