Abstract

Dewasa ini, Manajemen Strategi telah menjadi tulang punggung perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Salah satu Manajemen Strategi adalah Reposisi yang dapat diimplementasikan di industri ritel dalam rangka untuk memenangkan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Laporan Perusahaan ini adalah suatu gambaran tentang pelaksanaan Implementasi sebuah merek yaitu LEE di Indonesia. Laporan ini mencoba menjelaskan alasan, langkah, kendala dan tindakan mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi Great River dalam mengimplementasikan Reposisi LEE untuk mendukung usahanya. Laporan Perusahaan ini menggunakan data-data sekunder perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui telaah laporan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan secara resmi dan tidak resmi serta dari sumber umimi seperti majalah. Laporan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi Great River dan juga perusahaan lain yang memiliki lingkup pekerjaan yang sama dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran betapa pentingnya reposisi sebagai salah satu strategi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. / Today, Strategic Management has become the backbone of companies in making decisions. One of the Management Strategies is a repositioning which can be implemented in the retail industry in order to win the increasingly fierce competition. This company report is an illustration of the implementation of a brand, namely LEE in Indonesia. This report tries to explain the reasons, steps, obstacles and actions to overcome the obstacles faced by Great River in implementing the LEE Reposition to support its business. This company report uses secondary company data obtained through review of company reports published officially and unofficially as well as from umimi sources such as magazines. This report is very useful for Great River as well as other companies that have the same scope of work in order to increase awareness of the importance of repositioning as a strategy to achieve company goals.
