Abstract

Dengan pandemi yang cukup mematikan ini salah satunya di Indonesia yang menyebabkan segala aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat harus bekerja dari rumah dan melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh agar masyarakat dapat hidup lebih sehat dengan menghindari keramaian dan kontak fisik dengan orang lain. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan adalah dengan mulai memperbanyak pengonsumsian buah-buahan, sayuran, serta mengatur pola makan dengan mengurangi makanan berkarbohidrat. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra atau perwakilan masyarakat tentang menu martabak telur dengan shirataki dan ingin memberikan lebih banyak informasi tentang karbohidrat alternatif pengganti nasi putih dan mie berbahan dasar tepung yaitu shirataki. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam tentang shirataki, baik asal usul shirataki, manfaat karbohidrat alternatif shirataki, cara memasak nasi dan mie shirataki, serta mitra bisa mendapatkan ide menu yang bisa dihasilkan saat menggunakan nasi dan mie shirataki, seperti salah satu menu yang akan ditampilkan pada saat kegiatan berlangsung yaitu pembuatan martabak telur yang berbahan dasar shirataki. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan dilaksanakan secara online melalui platform google meet mengingat pandemi virus corona yang sedang berlangsung. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini akan diawali dengan rapat tim, pembuatan proposal, penetapan target peserta, penyusunan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, hingga pembuatan laporan akhir Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari formulir evaluasi yang telah diberikan kepada peserta yang telah mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir, sehingga peserta akan mendapatkan e-sertifikat yang akan dikirimkan melalui email setiap peserta dan dikirimkan ke email SMKN 7 Kabupaten Tangerang. / With this deadly pandemic, one of them is in Indonesia which causes all activities carried out by the community to carry out Work from Home and carry out distance learning so that people can live healthier lives by avoiding crowds and physical contact with other people. One way to maintain health is to start consuming more fruits, vegetables, and adjusting the diet by reducing carbohydrate foods. The purpose of holding this Community Service activity is to provide training to partners or community representatives about the egg martabak menu with shirataki and want to provide more information about alternative carbohydrates to replace white rice and flour-based noodles, namely shirataki. By holding this activity, it is hoped that it can provide deeper knowledge about shirataki, both the origin of shirataki, the benefits of alternative shirataki carbohydrates, how to cook rice and shirataki noodles, and partners can get menu ideas that can be produced when using Shirataki rice and noodles, such as one of the menu that will be displayed during the activity is making egg martabak made from shirataki. Community Service Activities will be carried out online through the google meet platform given the ongoing corona virus pandemic. In the implementation of this activity, it will begin with a team meeting, making proposals, determining target participants, compiling and implementing activities, and making the final Community Service report. The results of this activity can be seen from the evaluation form that has been given to participants who have participated in the activity from beginning to end, so that participants will get an e-certificate which will be sent via email to each participant and to email at SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency.
