Abstract

This research was conducted in order to investigate the effect of training. compensation and work discipline towards employee job performance within cleaning service employee of PT. ISS Indonesia located in Pondok Indah Mall Area, South of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to describe the training, compensation and work discipline variables and also explain the causal relationship among the variables through the hypotheses testing. Based on the descriptive analysis on this research result, it can be conclude that the training followed by the employees is assessed on its target especially for the content of the training content and the benefits that perceived by them such as, working skills and working knowledge. Compensation is rated in good level, but the health insurance needs to be improved. This research was done in quantitative manner in associated with descriptive method research. Data that was utilize in this research were using the likert scale in order to measure the responses of 150 respondents and the data has been analyzed by the use of the SPSS for windows 25.0. Thus, the training, compensation, and work discipline have positively effected the employee job performance of cleaning service PT. ISS Indonesia in Pondok Indah Mall area and the largest contribution comes from the training variable. The contribution of this study is to provide inputs to the management of the company to pay detail attention and more concern about human resource management issues due to improve employee job performance.
