Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an individual voluntary behavior that indirectly known by formal reward system which brings benefit and success of an organization. High level of OCB shown by teachers in school may give positive contribution in maintaining school environment as welcoming place to learn and study. This study aims to determine the effect of diversity, organizational climate and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers. OCB is correspondent to many factors including diversity, organizational climate and organizational commitment. The research subjects were 46 teachers in XYZ School, consist of German, Indonesian and other nationality. The results showed that diversity influenced positively to OCB, organizational climate influenced positively to OCB and organizational commitment influenced positively to OCB of teachers in XYZ School. / Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan sikap yang dimiliki seorang individu yang secara nyata dapat membantu kesuksesan sebuah organisasi. OCB yang ditunjukkan guru dalam sekolah dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memelihara lingkungan sekolah sebagai tempat belajar-mengajar yang kondusif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keberagaman dan iklim organisasi yang didukung oleh terbentuknya komitmen organisasi akan diteliti lebih lanjut terutama dilihat dari sikap OCB guru di Sekolah XYZ. Faktor yang berkaitan dengan sikap OCB yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah keberagaman, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan pada 46 guru di sekolah XYZ dan dikumpulkan setelah kuisioner terisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman dan iklim organisasi yang didukung oleh terbentuknya komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap OCB guru di Sekolah XYZ.
