Abstract
Tujuan penulisan term paper adalah untuk mengkaji mengetahui bagaimana ASABRI selaku Asuransi Wajib dapat menghadapi tuntutan Pemerintah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional?, bagaimana PT ASABRI (Persero) selaku perusahaan BUMN dapat tumbuh secara professional dan Mandiri di era disruptive sekarang ini?, dan bagaimana ASABRI meningkatkan pengetahuan SDMnya sehingga akan meningkatkan Inovasi di Organisasinya dan kompetitif?. Pendekatan kajian ini dengan menggunakan teori service marketing, Budaya dan kepemimpinan organisasi, serta knowledge management. Hasil Analisis ini menunjukan bahwa ASABRI perlu melakukan transformasi Bisnis dan Budaya dengan menyesuaikan kondisi dan perkembangan jaman, mengetahui positioning PT ASABRI terhadap Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional dan mengembangkan metode knowledge management melalui salah satu instrument yaitu knowledge sharing dan community of practice.
