Abstract
Indonesia is one of the fastest growing countries in the world today, with the agreement of government officials and our current president Jokowi Dodo, one of the major problems that we are facing is infrastructure. The government has made it one of the top priorities in increase the amount of infrastructure necessary to improve Indonesia as a whole. This report is based on PT SUCOOT Indonesia a new competitor in the Indonesian market today. PT SUCOOT is one of the first scaffolding to be certified by the euro certificate and has scaffolding that is made with quality materials as PT SUCOOT want to be one of the leading competitors in Indonesia. In this report the analysis of PT SUCOOT through the marketing mix, SWOT analysis, IFAS matrix and the EFAS matrix. Thus this report will give recommendations to PT SUCOOT Indonesia that may be useful for the further development of the company.
