Abstract

The objectives to be proved in this research are: to evaluate OLC's relationship with turnover intentions, the relationship between OLC and in-role actions should be studied, to evaluate OLC's relationship with work satisfaction, to examine the relationship between work satisfaction and intentions for turnover, to explore the connection between satisfaction at work and in-place behavior, the relation between an OLC and turnover intentions mediates the study of work satisfaction, the relationship between an OLC and in-role behavior mediates the study of work satisfaction. This research will be held in manufacturing company (paint company XX) in Jakarta. Respondents who are subject of research will be limited respondents in this study were employees of paint manufacturing company XX in Jakarta. Technique analysis used are SPSS and AMOS SEM. Based on research that has been done, the conclusions that can be drawn are as follows OLC is negatively related to turnover intentions, OLC is positively related to in-role behavior, OLC is positively related to job satisfaction, Job satisfaction is negatively related to turnover intentions, Job satisfaction is positively related to in-role behavior, Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between an OLC and turnover intentions, Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between an OLC and in-role behavior. This research can contribute for the company as the contribution and knowing the factors affecting turnover intention so the company can decrease its turnover intention in the future, especially related to the organizational learning culture, and in role behaviour, job satisfaction.
