Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja yang Mendukung dan Organizational Engagement terhadap Retensi Karyawan, serta Pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja yang Mendukung terhadap Organizational Engagement pada Perusahaan PT. XYZ. Penelitian dilakukan pada 119 orang yang terdiri dari 78 pria dan 41 wanita yang sedang bekerja di PT. XYZ. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisa jalur yang menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LIngungan Kerja yang mendukung memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variable Retensi Karyawan, Keterlibatan Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel retensi karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja yang mendukung dapat dijelaskan melalui variabel Keterlibatan Organisasi, serta Keterlibatan Organisasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara Lingkungan Kerja yang Mendukung dan Retensi Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti membuat implikasi dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. / The purpose of this study was to see the influence between the Work Environment that Supports and Organizational Engagement of Employee Retention, as well as the Influence between the Work Environment that Supports Organizational Involvement in PT XYZ The study was conducted on 119 people consisting of 78 men and 41 women who were working at PT. XVZ. Data collection techniques use non-probability sampling techniques The data obtained is then processed using path analysis tecliniques, which use the SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that a supportive work environment has a positive influence on employee retention variables, organizational engagement has a positive influence on employee retention variables, a supportive work environment can explaneil through the variable Organizational Engagement, and Organizational Engagement can mediate the relationship between the Work Environment that Supports and Retention of Employees. Based on the results of these studies, researchers made implications and suggestions for further research.
