Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan utnuk menganalisis dan menguji, pengaruh positif dari brand experience terhadap brand satisfaction, brand trust, dan brand attachment pada merek The Body Shop, Lotte Shopping Avenue – Jakarta. Penelitian ini memiliki target populasi yaitu para konsumen yang menggunakan produk dari merek The Body Shop. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik survey dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Data yang diperoleh oleh data primer yaitu pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Dan untuk metode pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suatu experience yang baik dari pelanggan memberikan pengaruh yang positif pada satisfaction dan juga trust sehingga membuat konsumen akan menjadi terikat dan melekat kepada merek tersebut.
