Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dari setiap individu. Pemberi pelayanan jasa kesehatan bermacam-macam, salah satunya rumah sakit. Rumah sakit merupakan perusahaan jasa yang bersifat sosio-ekonomi. Rumah sakit yang mengalami kerugian tidak bisa langsung menutup perusahaannya, karena rumah sakit mempunyai beban sosial. Untuk itu diperlukan ilmu ekonomi untuk mengelola bisnis di industri rumah sakit, agar permasalahan keuangan bisa diselesaikan. Di indonesia masih sedikit penelitian yang membahas tentang nilai perusahaan pada sektor industri rumah sakit. Industri rumah sakit berada pada sektor 9 Trade - perdagangan, lebih tepatnya pada subsektor 96 health¬ – kesehatan di BEI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada rumah sakit yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dan kemudian diolah dengan program Eviews. Dari hasil peneltian menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan FEM dan nilai signifikansi 0,05, didapatkan nilai p dari ROE 0.3403, nilai p DER 0.0000 dan Nilai p CR 0.0076. ROE, DER dan CR memiliki koefisien regresi yang positif. Nilai intersep MIKA 3,37330659, SAME -3,121377, SILO 0,694458, dan SRAJ -1,303740. Koefesien determinasi ROE, DER dan CR terhadap PBV keempat emiten ialah 76,9%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, dari hasil regresi data panel didapatkan DER dan CR berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap PBV. Sedangkan ROE tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV, namun memiliki hubungan positif. / Health is one of the needs of every individual. One of the health service providers is a hospital. Hospitals are socio-economic services companies. A hospital that experiences a loss cannot immediately close its company, because the hospital has a social burden. For this reason, economics is needed in managing a business in the hospital industry so that financial problems can be resolved. In Indonesia, there are still few studies that discuss the value of companies in the hospital industry. The hospital industry is in sector 9 - trade to be precise in subsector 96 - health in the IDX. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of profitability, solvency and liquidity on the value of the hospital industries listed in the IDX 2015-2019. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with data collection methods then processed with Eviews 11. From the results of the study using data panel regression with the FEM approach and a significance value of 0.05; The p-value of ROE was 0.3403, the p-value of DER was 0.0000 and the p-CR value was 0.0076. ROE, DER and CR have positive regression coefficients. The MIKA intercept value is 3.37330659, SAME -3.1121377, SILO 0.694458, and SRAJ -1.303740. The percentage coefficient of determination of ROE, DER and CR on PBV is 76.9%. The conclusion in this study, from the results of panel data regression, it is known that DER and CR have a significant and positive effect on PBV. Meanwhile, ROE has no significant effect on PBV, but has a positive relationship.
