Abstract
The principal in a school holds a very important role. With so many tasks the principal must be able to authorize the teachers, in order to assist the principal in performing his duties. In addition, if every task of the principal and teachers can be resolved properly then the teachers will be more motivated in doing each task that will ultimately impact on its commitment in doing the job. Teachers will be committed and more loyal to the school, and if this is all done well then the teacher's performance will be even better. Therefore, this study was conducted to know the influence of delegative leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment to the teachers’ performance in XYZ Elementary School. The approach of this research used quantitative approach with regression analysis and PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) as the analysis tool. Data collection was done by survey method through questionnaire. The study was tested by spreading the questionnaire to the entire population, which is all the teachers at XYZ Elementary School. The result of research indicates that the delegative leadership, employment motivation and organizational commitment have a positive effect on teacher performance in XYZ Elementary School. / Kepala sekolah dalam sebuah sekolah memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Dengan tugas yang sedemikian banyak maka kepala sekolah harus dapat memberikan wewenang bagi para guru untuk dapat membantu kepala sekolah dalam mengerjakan tugas-tugasnya. Selain itu, jika setiap tugas dari kepala sekolah dan guru dapat terselesaikan dengan baik maka guru-guru pun akan lebih termotivasi dalam mengerjakan setiap tugas yang akan berimbas pada komitmennya dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Guru akan berkomitmen dan lebih loyal terhadap sekolah dan jika ini semua sudah dilakukan dengan baik, maka kinerja guru akan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat analisis PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Penelitian diuji dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada keseluruhan populasi, yaitu seluruh guru di Sekolah Dasar XYZ. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan delegatif, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar XYZ.
