Abstract

As an educational institution that teaches Christian values, Christian schools can play a role in building the character of the nation through education and science in accordance with Christian values. It is necessary for human resources who have committed to run it. The level of organizational commitment is influenced by various factors such as climate and the leadership of the organization, as well as employee satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of serving leadership, organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The research subjects were teachers and employees in one of the private Christian school located in West Jakarta. The study design used is path analysis with quantitative approach through PLS-SEM method. The results obtained showed that the leadership airport positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, as well as organizational climate positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. / Sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai kekristenan, Sekolah Kristen dapat berperan dalam membangun karakter bangsa melalui pendidikan dan ilmu pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kekristenan. Untuk itu diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki komitmen tinggi untuk menjalankannya. Tingkat komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti kepemimpinan dan iklim dari organisasi tersebut, serta kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah guru dan karyawan di salah satu sekolah swasta Kristen yang berada di Jakarta Barat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode PLS-SEM. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan juga komitmen organisasi, begitu juga iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.
