Abstract
Penelitian ini mengenai evaluasi Kepuasan dan Harapan nasabah di kantor kas Lippobank UPH dan profile dari nasabah Lippobank UPH . Untuk profile nasabah menggunakan analisis Deskriptif dan survey dengan 150 responden. Semua proses data menggunakan SPSS 10. software. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari Diagram Kartesius, bahwa yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian adalah Waktu Tunggu/Antrian di Lippobank UPH, sedangkan Customer Service, ATM, Teller, dan Keamanan perlu di pertahankan karena sebagian besar nasabah puas, sedangkan untuk Ruang Tunggu, Bunga, Layout kurang mendapat perhatian dari nasabah, karena dianggap kurang penting. Untuk Produk Pilihan yang diterbitkan oleh Lippobank juga tidak dianggap penting, sementara perusahaan sudah melakukan yang terbaik.
