Abstract
Teachers have important role and function that drives the educational system, so that the school has to pay attention on performance aspect for the improvement of human resources that is certainly influential on the achievement of education quality in schools. Teachers’ quality is widely thought of as an essential determinant of schools’ performance, highly teachers’ job performance can have an enriching effect on successful of school. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and commitment on teachers‟ job performance in Madrasah Wahid Hasyim. Job performance is correspondent to many factors including motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In this research, data was collected using quationnare which was distributed to 31 teachers who are working at Madrasah Wahid Hasyim. This research used quantitative approach with PLS-SEM method using the assistance of Smart-PLS to analized data. The result showed that teachers‟ job performance influenced positively 0.532 by motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and organizational commitment influenced positively 0.652 by motivation and job satisfaction. Thus, indicating that the higher the motivation, job satisfaction and commitment will result in the higher job performance. / Pentingnya kedudukan, peran serta fungsi guru dalam suatu sekolah menjadikan alasan bahwa suatu sekolah perlu memperhatikan aspek kinerja demi peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang sudah pasti berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Guru yang berkualitas menjadi salah satu aspek penting penentu kinerja sekolah. Kinerja yang tinggi pada guru dapat mendorong keberhasilan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Wahid Hasyim. Faktor yang berkaitan dengan kinerja yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 31 responden guru Madrasah Wahid Hasyim. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan program Smart-PLS 3.2.7. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru Madrasah Wahid Hasyim dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 0.532, sedangkan komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0.652. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitrmen akan menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih tinggi.
