Abstract

Everyone can have time to retire, in the management of the Pension Fund there is a management fee which charged to participants. Management fee will reduce the yield of the Pension Fund. Therefore, management fee must be displayed for gain participants trust. This paper will discuss any factors affect the management fee, so the potential management costs of the Pension Fund can be improved in the future and the achievement of the participation of Pension Fund participants in Indonesia can be increased. Using the regression method, factors that affect the management costs of Pension Funds such as Portfolio Size, Pension Fund Program, Portfolio Allocation, and Investment Yield which each factor gives a different impact for cost of management. / Semua orang bisa punya waktu pensiun, dalam pengelolaan Dana Pensiun terdapat biaya kelola yang dibebankan kepada peserta, yang mana biaya kelola tersebut akan mengurangi imbal hasil dari Dana Pensiun itu sendiri. Maka dari itu biaya kelola harus ditampilkan demi kepercayaan peserta. Karya tulis ini akan membahas faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi biaya kelola tersebut, agar potensi-potensi biaya kelola Dana Pensiun dapat diperbaiki kedepannya dan pencapaian keikutsertaan peserta Dana Pensiun di Indonesia dapat ditingkatkan. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi didapatkan faktor yang mempengaruhi biaya kelola Dana Pensiun seperti Ukuran Portofolio, Program Dana Pensiun, Alokasi Portofolio, dan Keuntungan Investasi. Dimana masing-masing memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda-beda.
