Abstract

Pengaruh teknologi modern memberikan dampak yang nyata terhadap mobilisasi pembangunan nasional, salah satunya melalui teknologi pencetakan 3D dalam industri otomotif. Selain itu, dinamika kebutuhan pasar yang fluktuatif menyebabkan permintaan pasar terhadap produk baru yang bernilai menjadi hal yang cukup penting, terutama pada pasar kustomisasi bodi kendaraan roda dua atau motor. Namun, permasalahan efisiensi pada proses produksi bengkel kustom menjadi masalah dominan, bersanding dengan masalah dimensi cetak yang terbatas pada spesifikasi mesin pencetakan 3D yang ada di Indonesia. Solusi pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu melalui perancangan bodi motor modular yang didukung dengan pengaplikasian jenis sambungan yang telah diuji guna menghasilkan produk bodi motor yang unik, disamping itu, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi teknologi konvensional pada bengkel kustom motor.
