Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce pada sektor penerbangan Low Cost Carrier (LCC) di Indonesia semakin pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kemudahan mengakses informasi tiket penerbangan melalui website resmi maskapai penerbangan LCC menjadikan website sebagai sarana pemasaran yang efektif. Perusahaan penerbangan LCC bersaing menyajikan informasi tiket penerbangan disertai fitur-fitur tambahan penunjang penerbangan pada website resmi maskapai, untuk memikat konsumen agar membeli tiket penerbangan pada harga premium. Pembelian tiket penerbangan pada harga premium dipengaruhi adanya keyakinan (trusting beliefs) dan kesadaran harga (price consciousness) konsumen, hal tersebut muncul dari ketersediaan informasi tiket penerbangan yang ditampilkan pada website resmi maskapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan informasi tiket penerbangan pada website resmi maskapai LCC terhadap pembelian tiket harga premium. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan teknik kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Studi eksplorasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui fenomena pembelian tiket penerbangan melalui website terjadi pada populasi. Hasil studi eksplorasi menunjukkan fenomena pembelian tiket penerbangan melalui website terjadi pada populasi, pengumpulan data dilanjutkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada populasi. Data kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan analisis validitas, reabilitas, dan structural equation modeling Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor ketersediaan informasi meliputi price information richness, product information richness, dan interactivity mempengaruhi trusting beliefs dan price consciousness konsumen untuk membeli tiket penerbangan pada harga premium / The development of e-commerce in the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) aviation sector in Indonesia has grown rapidly in recent years, the ease of accessing airline ticket information through the official website of LCC airlines makes the website as an effective marketing tool. The LCC airlines compete to provide flight ticket information with additional features on the airline’s official website, to lure consumers into buying airline ticket at a premium price. The purchase of airline tickets at a premium price is influenced by trusting beliefs and price consciousness of consumer. It comes from the availability of flight ticket information which displayed on the airline’s official website. This study aims to determine the effect of the availability of flight ticket information on the official website of LCC airlines againt the purchase of premium price tickets. The research was conducted using literature technique and questionnaire. An exploratory study was conducted to find out the phenomenon of purchasing airline tickets through websites occuring in the population. Results of the exploratory study shows that the phenomenon of purchasing airline tickets through the website occurred in the population, data collection followed by spreading questionnaires on the population. The questionnaire data was processed by using validity analysis, reliability and structural equation modeling of Smart PLS. The results showed that information availability factors include price information richness, product information richness, and interactivity affecting trusting beliefs and consumer price consciousness to purchase airline tickets at a premium price
