Abstract

Persaingan global tidak lepas dari pengaruh dinamika perekonomian global yang diwarnai oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia yang melambat dan tidak merata serta ketidakpastian di pasar keuangan global yang tinggi. Persaingan global juga ikut mempengaruhi persaingan antar bank dalam membuat bank berusaha menarik nasabah sebanyak- banyaknya baik melalui dana (yaitu deposito, giro dan tabungan), maupun pinjaman (pemberian kredit kepada nasabah). Apalagi dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi, layanan yang lebih inovatif dengan menggunakan e-banking, dan smart phone / ipad. Hal ini juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat sehingga dapat menarik nasabah sebanyak -banyaknya, maka sektor perbankan harus dikelola secara profesional dan inovatif mulai dari segi pelayanannya, strategi pemasaran yang baik, segi keuangan yang harus dikelola dengan prinsip kehati-hatian, dan juga harus inovatif dalam menciptakan pelayanan yang dapat memuaskan nasabah dalam rangka meningkatkan pertumbuhan kreditnya yang nanti akan berdampak pada pada laba dan pertumbuhan aset perbankkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Mental Involvement dan Job Sastisfaction dalam memoderasi hubungan antara Job Autonomy dan Innovation Trust terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan judgement sampling dimana sampel yang digunakan memiliki informasi yang dibutuhkan dan hanya berasal dari orang — orang tertentu dalam hal ini yaitu karyawan kantor pusat di PT Bank XYZ, dengan menyebarkan 120 kuesioner kepada karyawan di PT Bank XYZ. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, lalu dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Eguation Model. Dari 120 kuesioner yang tersebar, didapatkan 91 kuesioner yang valid dan dapat digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil Job Autonomy memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior dan Innovation Trust juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Hal ini menuinjukkan bahwa apabila PT Bank XYZ menginginkan adanya Innovative Work Behavior maka harus memberikan Job Autonomy dan Innovation Trust yang tinggi kepada karyawan front office di PT Bank ZYZ Global / competition can not be separated from the influence of the dynamics of the global economy which is characterized by slowing and uneven world economic growth and uncertainty in high global financial markets.The global competition also affects competition between banks in making banks try to attract customers as much as possible through funds (ie, time deposits, current accounts and savings), as well as loans (lending to customers). Especially with the advancement of technology, more innovative services using e-banking, and smart phone / ipad. This is also done to gain the trust of the community to attract as many customers, the banking sector must be managed professionally and innovatively starting from the aspect of its service, good marketing strategy, financial aspect that must be managed with prudential principles, and also must Innovative for creating services that can satisfy customers in order to increase their credit growth which will affect the profit and growth of bank assets. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Mental Involvement and Job Sastifaction moderating the relationship between Job Autonomy and Innovation Trust with Innovative Work Behavior. This study is using judgement sampling because the sample used has the information needed and only comes from certain people) in this case ie the head office employees in PT Bank XYZ and distributed 120 guessionaires to employees in PT Bank XYZ. The collected data then being tested for its validity and reliability, before Structural Eguation Model is conducted to analyze the hypotheses. There were 91 out of 120 guessionaires that were valid and can be used for further examination. Research show that Job Autonomy give positive effect to Innovative Work Behavior and Innovation Trust also give positive effect to Innovative Work Behavior. With giving high Job Autonomy and Innovation Trust will increase Innovative Work Behavior on front office employees in PT Bank XYZ
