Abstract

Keberhasilan perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan dapat memastikan bahwa fungsi sumber daya manusia telah berjalan dan mampu memberikan kontribusi dengan baik dalam pencapaian keberhasilan perusahaan, dengan melakukan penilaian (evaluasi) terhadap pelaksanaan dan pengendalian program-program sumber daya manusia yang dikembangkan. Evaluasi secara menyeluruh terhadap tujuan, rencana, dan program atau aktivitas sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan dengan melaksanakan audit manajemen sumber daya manusia. Beberapa faktor dalam audit manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yaitu kualifikasi auditor yang melakukan audit, program audit yang dilakukan, pelaksanaan kegiatan audit, dan tindak lanjut kegiatan audit. Responden penelitian adalah 128 karyawan Big Fish Hotel, Manado. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel kualifikasi auditor, program audit, pelaksanaan audit, dan tindak lanjut kegiatan audit masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Big Fish Hotel, Manado. Variabel yang mendominasi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kualifikasi auditor. /The success of a company is largely determined by the quality and quantity of human resources owned by the company, which is greatly influenced by employee performance. Companies can ensure that the human resource function is running and is able to contribute well to the company's success, by conducting an assessment (evaluation) of the implementation and control of human resource programs developed. A comprehensive evaluation of the objectives, plans, and programs or activities of human resources can be carried out by conducting human resource management audits. Several factors in human resource management audits play an important role in influencing employee performance, namely the qualifications of the auditors who carry out the audit, the audit program carried out, the implementation of audit activities, and the follow-up of audit activities. Research respondents were 128 employees of Big Fish Hotel, Manado. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The tests carried out include validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of auditor qualification, audit program, audit implementation, and follow-up of audit activities each had a significant effect on employee performance at Big Fish Hotel, Manado. The variable that dominates the influence on employee performance is auditor qualification.
