This research aims to determine The Impact of Job Stress towards Employee’s Job Performances at PT Bandung Bina Distribusi Medan which is a company engaged in the distribution of consumer goods. The company aims to help distribute the goods needed by consumers from producers to consumers. This research uses theories about job stress and employees performance. Based on the partial test results, namely the -Zcount -2.22 < -Ztable -1,96 and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study are supported by the value of R Square of 0.137 meaning 13,7% of employee’s job performance is affected by job stress and the remaining 86,3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. From these results the researcher recommends the company to pay more attention on employee’s job stress in the company so that employee’s performance does not decrease and it is expected that in the future it can be used as a source of data for researchers
