Abstract

Saat ini, kesadaran masyarakat akan kebutuhan pendidikan bagi anak semakin meningkat termasuk kebutuhan akan tersedianya organisasi sekolah dan fasilitasnya yang berkualitas, serta kebutuhan akan guru yang berkualitas. Dengan tersedianya guru yang berkualitas, diharapkan bisa menghasilkan siswa yang berkualitas pula. Karena kualitas siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikologis dari seorang guru yang disebut dengan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh dari iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisa statistic dengan metode kausal komparatif dan uji hipotesis dengan variabel bebas iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja serta variabel terikat kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Analisa data menggunakan analisa statistik moderen SmartPLS versi 3.2.6. Pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 orang guru tetap dan paruh waktu di Sekolah XYZ. Dari hasil analisa olah data disimpulkan bahwa iklim sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah XYZ, dimana ditemukan juga bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah XYZ, dimana iklim sekolah juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja guru. Dari kesimpulan tersebut diketahui bahwa jika iklim sekolah ditingkatkan dan motivasi kerja guru ditingkatkan, maka akan diikuti dengan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja guru / Nowadays, people's awareness of the need for education for children is increasing. The needs for the qualify schools and needs for the qualify teachers both. With the availability of qualified teachers, which expected to produce qualified students as well. Because the qualified students can also created by the physicological condition of the teachers which called as the job satisfaction. This study analyzes the effect of school climate and work motivation toward teachers’ job satisfaction in Sekolah XYZ. The research used the causal comparative statistical methode and hipotesis test analysis. Data was analysed by using the modern statistical software SmartPLS version 3.2.6. Data collection through questionnaires distribution to 30 permanent and part-time teachers at Sekolah XYZ. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that school climate influence significantly positive on the teacher job satisfaction in Sekolah XYZ, work motivation influence significantly positive on the teachers’ job satisfaction in Sekolah XYZ, and the school climate influence significantly positive on the teacher work motivation in Sekolah XYZ. From these conclusions, it can be seen that by increasing the school climate and increasing the teachers’ work motivation will otomaticaly increasing the teachers’ job satisfaction
