Abstract

Stasiun Kemayoran berada di kawasan strategis yang memiliki banyak keuntungan dari segi pariwisata hingga mobilitas kerja. Tidak hanya aktif pada hari biasa tetapi juga ketika ada event yang berdekatan dengan area stasiun, volume penumpang akan meningkat dan mengganggu kualitas pengalaman penumpang. Kualitas pengalaman penumpang perlu dianalisis melalui urutan kronologi mulai dari beacon hingga circulatory, sehingga kualitas pengalaman penumpang menjadi utuh. Melalui studi literatur dan Observasi Kawasan secara langsung, kualitas ruang dapat diperoleh dengan mengenal kawasan secara menyeluruh dan mengerti kebutuhan yang diperlukan pada setiap kronologi stasiun. Desain kualitas ruang yang memiliki aspek-aspek tersebut dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penumpang dan menjadi dasar dalam membentuk sebuah perancangan dan perencanaan strategi desain yang berfokus untuk mendapatkan ruang yang berkualitas dengan memiliki konsep aksesibilitas, ekspansi, dan keberlanjutan. Sehingga pengalaman penumpang yang lebih bervariasi dan utuh. Pada metode perancangan desain stasiun Kemayoran ini dimulai dari pembenahan kronologi ruang yang lebih berurutan, dengan memberikan kejelasan terhadap area beacon, operational, commercial, & circulatory. Setiap kronologi memiliki peran masing-masing dalam memberikan pengalaman baru bagi penumpang. Area beacon, menonjolkan bentuk baru stasiun yang lebih continuity dan unity sebagai wajah baru. Operational, memiliki fitur baru dengan memberikan fasilitas baru tap card machine sehingga penumpukkan penumpang pada area loket tidak terlalu ramai. Area commercial, yang juga memiliki beberapa varian pilihan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hedonistic & utilitarian penumpang. Dan, circulatory area yang memberikan banyak inovasi ruang seperti mini museum & exhibition centre, indoor waiting room, & bridge over the tracks. Hasil dari perancangan desain ini menghasilkan sebuah keutuhan dari sebuah stasiun yang sebelumnya tidak ada, penumpang tidak hanya dibuat diam dan menunggu tetapi dapat melakukan aktivitas lain yang stasiun berikan dalam ruang dan bentuk, Sehingga menciptakan sekuens ruang yang berkualitas dan utuh. / Kemayoran railway station is located in a strategic area that has many privileges on tourism and workers mobility. not only active on weekdays but also when there are events nearby Kemayoran station area, the commuter volume will increase and automatically will disrupt the other commuter experience. The quality of commuter experience can be seen through from chronological orders of space from beacon to circulatory area, that would make a commuter experience as a whole. Thorough literature studies and site observations, quality as spatial can be obtained by knowing the area’s culture and understanding the needs as required at each chronological orders of the station. The design quality of space that has all these aspects hopefully can fulfil the needs of passengers and become the based or guideline to strategize planning and design that focuses on obtaining quality of space with accessibility ,expansion , and sustainability that make commuter experience more varied and intact. With this design method, Kemayoran station design will start with fixing the chronological orders as a whole and improves to bring clarity to each orders (beacon to circulatory areas). Each chronology has a different role to provides new experience for the passenger. Start with beacon, by the new shape and form that brings continuity and unity as a new face. Operational, has a new feature bye provides new facilities such as tapping card machine to prevent crowdedness. Commercial areas, which also have several choices to fulfil the needs of hedonistic and utilitarian motives. And, circulatory area that bring some innovation on the table such as mini museum & exhibition centre , indoor waiting room, and bridge over the tracks. The results of this design is creating a whole experience for users that previous station never give, and also passengers are not only made to stand still and wait but can do any other activities that station has provided in terms of space and form. Thus creating sequence of space quality and intact.
