Abstract

Organizational culture is the biggest impact to achieve the goals of organization, it is showing the values of organization that delivered by the performance of employee to the guest. The goals of Hotel Aryduta Medan is same as other hotel which is customer satisfaction that come from services. That the goals is come from the performance that showing the values of culture in the organization that is for surviving in the competitive business.Work culture support the Human Resources, that mean work culture is a measurement in making policies for management that will be applied to deliver the services by the performance of employee. This research using accidental sampling for determine the sample .Result of validity test showed that RTotal greater than rtable which means the questionnaire is valid.The Realibility Test also showed that the result is valid. For the Normality test is show that the test is normally distributed. The coefficient of correlation result is showing that there is strong relationship between variable x and variable y. The simple linear regression test show that if the Variable X changing by 1% means Y change by 0,548%. The determination test is showing that is 43,1% of Employee performance effected the Organizational Culture, therefore the hypothesis test show the Ha is accepted. Towards the high performance of employe, Hotel Aryaduta Medan need to give trainning, controlling and listen to the employee before taking any decision will make employee feel there is mutual agreement between Human Resources and Employees
