Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure and prove the impact of innovation on organizational performance on family business. This study is expected to let the researcher gain more knowledge.Innovation is considered as one of the important aspects that a business needs. Innovation can be defined as a mindset that let a business to open new perspectives to collect new ideas, breakthrough, uniqueness, and creativity which is used to maintain continuous improvement on their performance. Especially nowadays, business competition is quite tough, in which innovation is the key that can make a business strive among competitors. This research is using quantitative approach as the research design and IBM SPSS Statistics v.25 application. Data analysis methods used in this research include descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis and Z-Test. This result was obtained by using Z test, which has shown that the Z count of 5.025 is higher than the Z table (1.96). This means that there is a positive impact of innovation on organizational performance at family business of PT Grafika Nusantara. As the conclusion, this research has proven that Innovation has a positive Impact on Organizational Performance at Family Business based on the data collected from PT Grafika Nusantara. Through this research, readers can improve their knowledge and acknowledge the importance of innovation on businesses
