Abstract

Makanan merupakan hal yang penting di dalam kehidupan kita, makanan bisa di sebut sebagai center / core di dalam kehidupan manusia ini karena menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok bagi umat manusia. pada masa kini dimana semua menuntut harus cepat yang memberikan dampak kepada cara kita mendapatkan makanan juga. Hal ini berakibat minimnya pengalaman dalam kegiatan makan yang manusia rasakan, sedangkan tidak sedikit juga orang – orang yang mencari / menginginkan makanan dan mendapatkan sensasi yang lebih dari sekedar rasa makanan. Menginginkan sesuatu yang tidak hanya di rasakan oleh mulut saja tetapi tentang apa yang mereka lihat, cium, dan raba, intinya sebuah pengalaman sensori. Hal ini akan di dapatkan di dalam kegiatan makan yaitu food experience dimanah hal ini merupakan sebuah pengalaman yang hanya bisa di rasakan di suatu tempat atau bangunan. Food experience akan dapat di rasakan dengan hadirnya suatu atmosfer ruang yang mempengaruhi pengalaman pada saat awal memasuki tempat sampai selesai dan meninggalkan tempat tersebut. Solusi yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggabungkan elemen atmosfer ruang dan elemen sensori manusia untuk menjadi panduan dalam proses desain akhir ini sehingga diharapkan penelitian ini bisa menciptakan suatu tempat yang memberikan food experience yang bisa menyentuh setiap sensori manusia yang akan digabungkan dengan elemen atmosfer ruang. / Food is an important thing in our lives, food can be called the center / core in human life because it is one of the basic needs for mankind. in this day and age where everything demands to be fast which has an impact on the way we get food too. This results in a lack of experience in eating activities that humans feel, while not a few people are looking for / wanting food and getting sensations that are more than just the taste of food. Wanting something that is not only felt by the mouth but about what they see, smell, and touch, is essentially a sensory experience. This will be obtained in eating activities, namely food experience where this is an experience that can only be felt in a place or building. The food experience will be felt by the presence of a space atmosphere that affects the experience from the beginning of entering the place until it is finished and leaving the place. The solution that will be carried out in this research is to combine elements of the atmosphere of space and elements of human sensory to be a guide in the final design process so that it is hoped that this research can create a place that provides a food experience that can touch every human sensory which will be combined with elements of the atmosphere of space. .
