Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian riset kesehatan dasar (Riskesdas) diIndonesia tahun 2018 menyatakan masih banyak penduduk yang tidak cukupmengonsumsi buah dan sayur sekitar 93,6%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahuifaktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku komsumsi buah dan sayur dalam keluarga. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik purposive sampling,dengan jumlah sampel 398 keluarga. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumsi buah dan sayur dalam keluarga di kota Ambon, dengan nilai validitas dan reliabilitas masing-masing sebesar 0.823, 0.873, 0.944.hasil sebanyak 192 responden (48%) memiliki pengetahuan cukup, sebanyak 253 responden (63,2%) memiliki ketersediaan buah dan sayur yang sangat cukup, dan sebanyak 198 responden (49,5%) memiliki perilaku yang cukup. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku dengan hasil uji chi-square: p- value = 0,01 (p<0,05), terdapat juga hubungan antara ketersediaan dengan perilaku dengan hasil uji chi-square: p-value = 0,036 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh institusi kesehatan sebagai bahan masukan, dan dapat mengembangkan program sosialisasi tentang buah dan sayur bagi masyarakat, serta dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya / Based on the results of basic health research (Riskesdas) in Indonesia in 2018, it was stated that there were still many people who did not consume enough fruits and vegetables, around 93.6%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence fruit and vegetable consumption behavior in the family. This research method uses correlational quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 398 families. The research instrument used a questionnaire about the factors that influence fruit and vegetable consumption behavior in families in the city of Ambon, with validity and reliability values of 0.823, 0.873, 0.944, respectively. A total of 192 respondents (48%) have sufficient knowledge, as many as 253 respondents (63.2%) have sufficient availability of fruits and vegetables, and 198 respondents (49.5%) have sufficient behavior. There is a relationship between knowledge and behavior with the results of the chi-square test: p-value=0.00(p<0.05), there is also a relationship between availability and behavior with the results of the chi-square test: p-value=0.036(p< 0.05). The results of this study can be used by health institutions as input, and can develop socialization programs about fruits and vegetables for the community, and can be used as a reference for further research.
