Abstract

Tujuan dalam melakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara modal kognitif terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara modal struktural terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara modal relational terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara interaksi sosial terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara kepercayaan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara manfaat yang dirasakan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara berbagi pengetahuan terhadap niat membeli. Metode pengumpulan data yang diambil oleh peneliti pada penelitian kali ini adalah metode pengumpulan data primer. Peneliti memilih kuesioner elektronik. Kuesioner yang akan disebarkan didalam penelitian ini mempunyai target sebanyak 160 responden, angka yang didapatkan dari hasil perkalian indikator dengan 5 sebanyak 160. Dari hasil tersebut peneliti menyebar 224 dengan melebihi batas minimum. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Ada hubungan positif antara Modal struktural terhadap informasi dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pengguna. Ada hubungan positif antara Modal kognitif terhadap perilaku berbagi informasi dan pengetahuan pengguna. Ada hubungan positif antara Modal relasional terhadap informasi dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pengguna. Ada hubungan positif antara Interaksi Interpersonal terhadap informasi dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pengguna. Ada hubungan positif antara Kepercayaan terhadap perilaku berbagi informasi dan pengetahuan pengguna. Ada hubungan positif antara Manfaat yang dirasakan terhadap perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan pengguna. Ada hubungan positif antara Perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan terhadap niat beli pengguna. Ada hubungan positif antara Perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan terhadap modal kognitif. Ada hubungan positif antara Perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan terhadap modal struktural. Ada hubungan positif antara Perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan terhadap modal relational. Ada hubungan positif antara Perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan terhadap interaksi sosial. Ada hubungan positif antara Perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan terhadap kepercayaan. Ada hubungan positif antara Perilaku berbagi informasi / pengetahuan terhadap manfaat yang dirasakan. / The purpose of conducting research is to analyze the effect of cognitive capital on knowledge sharing. To analyze the effect of structural capital on knowledge sharing. To analyze the effect of relational capital on knowledge sharing. To analyze the effect of social interaction on knowledge sharing. To analyze the effect of trust on knowledge sharing. To analyze the effect of perceived benefits on knowledge sharing. To analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on purchase intention. The data collection method taken by the researcher in this study is the primary data collection method. Researchers chose an electronic questionnaire. The questionnaire that will be distributed in this study has a target of 160 respondents, the number obtained from the results of multiplying the indicator by 5 is 160. From these results the researchers spread 224 by exceeding the minimum limit. The results of hypothesis testing in this study are there is a positive relationship between structural capital on information and user knowledge sharing behavior. There is a positive relationship between cognitive capital on the behavior of sharing information and user knowledge. There is a positive relationship between relational modal to information and user knowledge sharing behavior. There is a positive relationship between Interpersonal Interaction with information and knowledge sharing behavior of users. There is a positive relationship between trust in information sharing behavior and user knowledge. There is a positive relationship between the perceived benefits of the behavior of sharing information / knowledge of users. There is a positive relationship between the behavior of sharing information / knowledge on the purchase intention of users. There is a positive relationship between the behavior of sharing information / knowledge on cognitive capital. There is a positive relationship between the behavior of sharing information / knowledge on structural capital. There is a positive relationship between the behavior of sharing information / knowledge on relational capital. There is a positive relationship between the behavior of sharing information / knowledge on social interaction. There is a positive relationship between the behavior of sharing information / knowledge on trust. There is a positive relationship between the behavior of sharing information / knowledge of perceived benefits.
