Abstract

Sectio caesarea adalah pembedahan untuk melahirkan janin dengan membuka dinding perut dan dinding uterus untuk melahirkan janin dari dalam rahim. Pada paskaoperasi pasien merasakan nyeri hebat dan 75 % penderita mempunyai pengalaman yang kurang menyenangkan akibat pengelolaan nyeri yang tidak adekuat. Penangganan nyeri dapat dilakukan dengan terapi farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi. Salah satu tindakan mandiri keperawatan untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri yaitu teknik relaksasi tarik napas dalam dan terapi musik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan kombinasi teknik relaksasi tarik napas dalam dan terapi musik dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien paskaoperasi sesar. Metode penelitiannya yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling menggunakan grup kontrol. Sample penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden (26 kelompok kontrol dan 26 kelompok ekperimen). Intrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa univariat dan bivariat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April – Mei 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi teknik relaksasi tarik napas dalam dan terapi musik lebih efektif dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pasien paskaoperasi sesar dibandingkan hanya teknik relaksasi tarik napas dalam saja. Oleh karena itu penting untuk mempertimbangkan pelaksanaan kombinasi teknik tersebut di rumah sakit/Sectio caesarea is a surgery to deliver a fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall to deliver the fetus from the womb. After surgery, patients may feel severe pain and 75% of the patients have unpleasant experiences due to inadequate pain management. Pain management can be done by pharmacological and non- pharmacological therapy. One of the independent nursing actions to reduce pain intensity is called deep breathing relaxation techniques and music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a combination of deep breath relaxation techniques and music therapy in reducing pain intensity on post- cesarean section patients. The research method was a quantitative research with purposive sampling using a control group. The sample of this study was 52 respondents (26 respondents for the control groups and 26 respondents for the experimental groups). The instrument used in this study is the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). The data analysis technique used in the study was univariate and bivariate analysis. This study was conducted in April - May 2021. The results showed that a combination of deep breath relaxation techniques and music therapy was more effective in reducing the pain scale of post-cesarean section patients compared to deep breathing relaxation techniques alone. It is therefore important to consider for implementing the combination techniques in the hospital.
