Abstract

Organisasi adalah kelompok yang memiliki tujuan, serta visi dan misi yang sama untuk diwujudkan. Untuk mencapai tujuan maka dibutuhkannya perilaku OCB pada pelaku organisasi. Begitu juga dengan organisasi kesenian, yaitu organisasi orkestra di Indonesia, yang tingkat apresiasinya mulai meningkat pada zaman sekarang, dibandingkan dengan zaman dahulu. Hal ini membuat organisasi orkestra dituntut untuk memberikan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku OCB adalah tipe kepribadian Big Five Personality. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat ada atau tidaknya pengaruh tipe kepribadian Big Five Personality dengan tingkat Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pengurus organisasi orkestra di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 84 partisipan yang didapat secara daring. Data analisis menggunakan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, Big Five Personality secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap OCB (R2 = .142, p<.05). Namun jika dilihat perdimensinya hanya tipe kepribadian Openness dan Neuroticism yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap munculnya perilaku OCB (p<.05). / An organization is a group of people that have the same goal, vision, and mission. OCB is needed to achieve the organizational goal. Like any organization, OCB is also needed in an orchestra organization in Indonesia, in which the appreciation rate is starting to increase nowadays. This trend pushes any orchestra organization to provide the best service and best management for society. One of the factors that could affect OCB is the Big Five Personality. The purpose of this research is to see the existence of the effect of Big Five Personality with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the management of an orchestra organization in Indonesia. The research method used is the quantitative method with a sample of 84 participants obtained online. Multiple regression test is used for data analytics. The result shows that the Big Five Personality simultaneously affects OCB (R2 = .142, p<.05). However, if the result is viewed per dimensions, only Openness personality type and Neuroticism personality affect OCB (p<.05).
