Abstract

Saat ini pertumbuhan teknologi sangat pesat dan internet sudah bisa dinikmati oleh hampir semua orang yang berada di seluruh belahan dunia, terutama dalam bidang usaha dan marketing dalam perusahaan. Hal tersebut menjadi alasan utama bagi pemagang untuk membahas perihal branding dan kelebihan yang bisa didapat oleh pelaku usaha/bisnis dengan adanya branding pada internet dan media sosial. Alasan utama penulis membahas branding adalah bahwa saat ini branding merupakan instrumen/metode yang paling tepat terutama dalam menggunakan unsur internet (media sosial), mengingat jumlah pengguna dan range engament yang sangat besar serta luas. Pemagang memutuskan untuk membahas branding karena pengalaman pemagang yang bekerja pada divisi penanganan media sosial dan ditugaskan untuk mengelola konten branding pada PT Primeskills Edukasi Indonesia. Alasan pemagang melakukan praktek di PT Primeskills Edukasi indonesia adalah bahwa perusahaan tersebut merupakan perusahaan start-up dan visi perusahaan yang memiliki nilai edukasi (mengedukasi masyarakat) terhadap teknologi baru yaitu Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Artificial, dan intelligence. Sehingga membuat pemagang tertarik untuk masuk dan bekerja bersama PT Primeskills Edukasi Indonesia. Dalam laporan ini terdapat tiga kesimpulan itu, pertama peran marketing communication staff dalam handle and manage sosial media sangat penting; ke-2 metode marketing mix membuat perusahaan lebih mampu untuk mendekati masyarakat dan mencapai visi perusahaan di sosial media; ke-3 marketing communication strategy membantu perusahaan untuk melakukan branding; ke-4 peran aplikasi teknologi sangat efektif bagi perusahaan untuk memperluas jangkauan dalam elemen masyarakat./Currently the growth of technology is very rapid and the internet can be enjoyed by almost everyone in all parts of the world, especially in the field of business and marketing within the company. This is the main reason for interns to discuss branding and the advantages that can be obtained by business / business actors with branding on the internet and social media. The main reason the author discusses branding is that currently branding is the most appropriate instrument/method, especially in using elements of the internet (social media), considering the number of users and the very large and wide range of engagement. The intern decided to discuss branding because of the experience of the intern working in the social media handling division and assigned to manage branding content at PT Primeskills Edukasi Indonesia. The reason the apprentices practice at PT Primeskills Edukasi Indonesia is that the company is a start-up company and a company vision that has educational value (educating the public) on new technologies, namely Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Artificial, and intelligence. So that it makes interns interested in entering and working with PT Primeskills Edukasi Indonesia. In this report there are three conclusions, first the role of marketing communication staff in handling and managing social media is very important; the 2 marketing mix methods make the company more able to approach the community and achieve the company's vision on social media; the third marketing communication strategy helps companies to do branding; The 4th role of technology application is very effective for companies to expand their reach in the elements of society.
