Abstract

Komitmen kerja guru merupakan salah satu standar penilaian profesionalisme guru yang berkualitas. Namun pada kenyataannya kondisi dalam tim kerja serta kepemimpinan yang ada masih kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja maupun komitmen kerja guru. Hal ini menarik keingintahuan penulis untuk melakukan sebuah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan efektif dan tim kerja efektif terhadap komitmen kerja guru dengan kepuasan kerja guru sebagai variabel intervening. Pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber referensi (buku, jurnal, literatur, dan internet) yang mendukung teori penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah sensus terhadap 32 orang responden populasi guru di sekolah ABC dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk diujikan kevaliditasan dan kereliabilitasannya. Seluruh pernyataan kuesioner diujikan dengan korelasi product moment pearson dan bernilai valid 100%. Selanjutnya, diuji reliabilitasnya dengan Cronbach’s Alpha dengan hasil kepemimpinan efektif (0,79), tim kerja efektif (0,83), kepuasan kerja (0,85), dan komitmen kerja (0,79). Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan path analysis terhadap 26 responden populasi guru yang bekerja di sekolah XYZ dengan tingkat pengumpulan 100%. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Tim Kerja Efektif terhadap Komitmen dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Kerja / Work commitment of teachers is one of the assessment standards of professionalism of qualified teachers. But in fact the conditions in teamwork and leadership that is still less effective in improving job satisfaction and commitment of teachers' work. It is an interesting curiosity of the author to conduct a study that aims to analyze the influence of effective leadership and effective teamwork on the commitment of teachers working with teachers job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Collecting data from various reference sources (books, journals, literature, and the Internet) that supports the theory of this research. The method used is a census of the population of 32 respondents ABC school teachers by distributing questionnaires to be tested for validity and reliability. All statements questionnaire was tested with Pearson product moment correlation and is worth 100% valid. Furthermore, reliability was tested by Cronbach's Alpha with the results of effective leadership (0.79), the effective work teams (0.83), job satisfaction (0.85), and work commitments (0.79). Furthermore, testing by using path analysis of the 26 respondents population of teachers working in schools XYZ with the collection rate of 100%. The results obtained prove that there is influence between the Effective Teamwork toward Commitment and Job Satisfaction toward Job Commitment
