Abstract

Sistem Informasi sebagai perpaduan teknologi, dan sumber daya yang mengelola data untuk keperluan-keperluan baik individu, perusahaan, instansi, skala kecil maupun besar dan lain-lain. Semakin banyaknya data, transaksi, maupun kebutuhan maka sumber daya yang dibutuhkan semakin besar, begitu juga bergantung pada penerapan teknologinya. Jika teknologi, dan sumber daya yang tersedia tidak seimbang maka dapat mengakibatkan tidak teraturnya, ataupun informasi yang dihasilkan lambat, dan tidak akurat. CV. Jasa Wijaya adalah perusahaan jasa konsultan akuntansi, keuangan, perpajakan yang pencatatan, pengelolaan data pegawai, klien, presensi, penggajian, dan lain-lain dilakukan secara manual. Dapat dikatakan, perusahan tersebut tidak menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi, dimana setiap kali membutuhkan data, maka tidak dapat diproses dalam waktu cepat karena harus dilakukan proses berulang-ulang untuk hal maupun pekerjaan yang sama. Dengan perancangan sistem sebagai tahap awal, diharapkan sistem informasi sumber daya manusia dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan, dan membantu pengelolaan data yaitu dengan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), mulai dari perencanaan, analisis, dan desain. Sedangkan analisa dan perancangan fungsional menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML)./Information Systems as a combination of technology, and resources that manage data for the needs of both individuals, companies, agencies, small, and others. The more data, transactions, and needs, the greater the resources needed, as well as depending on the application of the technology. If technology and available resources are not balanced, it can result in disorganization, or the information produced is slow, and inaccurate. CV. Jasa Wijaya is a consulting service company for accounting, finance, taxation, which records, manages employees, clients, attendance, payroll, and other data manually. It can be said, the company does not use a computerized system, where every time it needs data, it cannot be processed in a fast time because the process must be repeated for the same thing or job. With the system design as an initial stage, it is hoped that the human resource information system can solve problems, and assist data management by using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, starting from planning, analysis, and design. While the analysis, and functional design using the Unified Modelling Language (UML).
