Abstract

In every company, the role of human resources is indeed essential and needed in order to obtain specific goals. Having qualified employees who have high-performed skills will also help in achieving those goals. Employee performance can be affected by so many factors in which one of them is compensation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence that compensation has on employee performance at CV. Karya Bersama in Medan The data collected for this research will be done through interviews and questionnaires that the employees will answer. As the population of this research is all the employees who are working at CV. Karya Bersama in Medan. This study uses all populations as a sample. The technique used is census sampling. The data analysis methods that are being used in this research are descriptive statistics, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and simple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis can be delivered: (1) There is an influence of Compensation towards Employee Performance at the CV. Karya Bersama in Medan (2) There is no influence of Compensation towards Employee Performance at CV. Karya Bersama. Based on the coefficient of determination test result showed that 50.5% of compensation influenced employee performance. The t-test result also showed that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at CV. Karya Bersama./Dalam setiap perusahaan, peran sumber daya manusia memang sangat penting dan dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Memiliki karyawan berkualitas yang memiliki keterampilan berkinerja tinggi juga akan membantu dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor yang salah satunya adalah kompensasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Bersama di Medan Data yang dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini akan dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang akan dijawab oleh karyawan. Sebagai populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di CV. Karya Bersama di Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik yang digunakan adalah sensus sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis data dapat disampaikan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Karya Bersama di Medan (2) Tidak Ada Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV. Karya Bersama. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 50,5% kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Bersama.
