Abstract

Organizational culture becomes an important part of in a company. Organizational culture involves an organization's goals, experiences, ideology, and values that guide the activities of members and are expressed in members' self- image, inner workings, external world relations, and future expectations. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of organization culture on employees performance at Bukit Doa Taman Getsemane Rehabilitation Center by using quantitative research. Bukit Doa Taman Getsemane Rehabilitation Center is a place of rehabilitation for people who are addicted to drugs, having its address at Jl. Tuntungan Golf No. 120, and this company is engaged in the social sector. In this study, the authors use census method and the total of samples are 40 employees. The 40 employees will answer the questions from the questionnaire prepared by the authors. The data from the questionnaire will be used in this research to find if there is an influence of organizational culture towards employees performance. The hypothesis result from counting using z-test is 4.097 which is bigger than the z table (1.96). It can be concluded that organization culture has influence on employees performance at Bukit Doa Taman Getsemante Rehabilitation Center./Budaya organisasi menjadi bagian penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Budaya organisasi melibatkan tujuan, pengalaman, ideologi, dan nilai organisasi yang memandu aktivitas karyawan dan diekspresikan dalam citra diri anggota, cara kerja, hubungan dengan luar perusahaan, dan tujuan yang ingin di raih perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pusat Rehabilitasi Bukit Doa Taman Getsemane. Pusat Rehabilitasi Bukit Doa Taman Getsemane merupakan tempat rehabilitasi bagi para pecandu narkoba yang beralamat di Jl. Tuntungan Golf No. 120, dan perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang sosial. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 karyawan. Ke 40 karyawan tersebut akan menjawab pertanyaan dari kuesioner yang disiapkan oleh penulis. Data dari kuesioner akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil hipotesis dari penghitungan dengan uji-z adalah 4,097 lebih besar dari z tabel (1,96). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pusat Rehabilitasi Bukit Doa Taman Getsemane.
