Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mereplikasi penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Maslichah dan Hidayat (2016). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 3 variabel independent yaitu Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan 1 varibel dependen yaitu Kepuasan Kerja. Teknik sampling yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan kuesioner ini ialah non-probability sampling - simple random sampling dimana responden merupakan seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. XYZ. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah 263 reponden. Pengolahan data untuk mendapatakan hasil penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. / This study is a study that replicates previous research by Maslichah and Hidayat (2016). This research is a quantitative study using 3 independent variables, namely Work Life Balance, Physical Work Environment and Non- Physical Work Environment and 1 dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction. The sampling technique used to distribute this questionnaire is non-probability sampling - simple random sampling where the respondents are all employees who work at PT. XYZ. The number of samples used in this study was 263 respondents. Data processing to obtain the results of this study using IBM SPSS software. The results of this study are to show that there are an effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable.
