Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas VII di SMPN 61 Jakarta, siswa belum pernah melakukan pembelajaran kooperatif. Selain itu, siswa juga pasif dalam pembelajaran, seperti tidak mau bertanya dan kurang menyampaikan pendapat. Guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah dan latihan mandiri dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar peningkatan keaktifan belajar, kerja sama, dan penguasaan konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran melalui penerapan Cooperative Learning tipe STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen berjenis Pre-Experimental Design tipe The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII-2 berjumlah 35 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi keaktifan belajar, lembar observasi kerja sama, dan soal tes tertulis. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil pengujian keaktifan belajar yaitu diperoleh rata-rata 3,40>1,99; N-Gain0,71; dan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh Z= -5,172 dan assymp.sig.(2 tailed) = 0,000 di mana 0,000<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan keaktifan belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Untuk hasil pengujian kerja sama siswa diperoleh rata-rata 2,84 >1,81; N-Gain 0,48; dan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh Z =- 5,174 dan assymp.sig.(2 tailed)=0,000 di mana 0,000<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan kerja sama siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Untuk penguasaan konsep diperoleh rata-rata70,17>34,49; N-Gain 0,55; dan uji T diperoleh t = -36,957 dan assymp.sig.(2 tailed)=0,000 di mana 0,000<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test / In Mathematics grade VII at SMPN 61 Jakarta, students have never applied cooperative learning. Studentswereless engaged in learning; they preferred not to ask question and were reluctant to deliver their idea. Teacher only used direct instruction and individual drill in learning. This research aims to analyze the progress in active learning, cooperation, and concept mastery in learning through implementation of Cooperative Learning type STAD. The method of this research is quantitative research by using experimental method ofPre-Experimental Design type The One Group Pretest-posttest Design. The subject of this research was 35 students of grade VII-2. This research used observation sheet of active learning, observation sheet of cooperation, and test paper as research instruments. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The result of active learning are mean value 3.40>1.99, N- Gain 0.71 and Wilcoxon test Z = -5.172 and assymp.sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000,which 0.000<0.05,so it is concluded that there is difference of active learning between pre-treatment and post-treatment.The result of cooperation test are obtained mean value 2.84>1.81, N-Gain 0.48 and Wilcoxon test Z = -5.174 and assymp.sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000, which 0.000<0.05, so it is concluded that there is difference of cooperation between pre-treatment and post-treatment. And for concept mastery test, the result are mean value 70.17>34.49, N-Gain 0.55 and T test t = -36.957 and assymp.sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000, which 0.000<0.05, so it is concluded that there is difference of pre-test and post-test score
