Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job motivation, job satisfaction to teacher’s performance of XYZ’ teachers. This study used a sample of 25 respondents with a Likert scale questionnaire as a data collection method. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis technique with regression with the regression equation to generate constants and regression coefficients of each independent variable. The data will then be analuzed using Microsoft Excel to find the R2 value. The analysis showed there is positive effect of transformational leadership to job’s performance; there is no effect of job’s motivation to job’s performance; there is no effect of job’s satisfaction to job’s performance. The results of the study variables of transformational leadership, job’s motivation, job’s satisfaction together has no effect on job’s performance of teachers of XYZ school. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah XYZ, Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 25 responden dengan kuesioner skala likert sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisa deskriptif dengan uji regresi untuk menghasilkan konstanta dan koefisien regresi masing-masing variabel bebas. Data yang diperoleh dianalisi dengan program Microsoft Excel untuk melihat nilai R2. Ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; tidak adanya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan tidak adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian variabel kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja secara bersama tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP dan SMA di Sekolah XYZ, Jakarta.
