Abstract
Employee perceptions or evaluations of an Organizational Public Value (OPV) organization are determined by how the organization applies the values of the organization that it hopes for. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Public Value (OPV) as measured through the assessment or perception of employees to the satisfaction of employees' lives, and whether the Work Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediator variable gives influence or relationship to the Employee Life Satisfaction. The subjects in the study were 60 employees consisting of 55 faculty (25 lecturers and 25 assistant lecturers) and 15 non-academic employees are working one Faculty of Nursing in Tangerang, which identified the Work Engagement and OCB behavior in it. The research design uses SEM (Structural equation modeling) with quantitative approach. he results showed that Organizational Public Value (OPV) had no effect on employee life satisfaction while Work Engagement (WE) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as mediator variables were able to mediate the influence of OPV on Life Satisfaction of employees. / Persepsi ataupun penilaian karyawan terhadap suatu organisasi Organizational Public value (OPV) ditentukan oleh bagaimana organisasi tersebut menerapkan nilai-nilai organisasi yang harapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Public Value (OPV) yang diukur melalui penilaian atau persepsi karyawan terhadap kepuasan hidup karyawan, dan apakah Work Engagement dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel mediator memberikan pengaruh ataupun hubungan terhadap Kepuasan Hidup Karyawan. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian adalah 70 karyawan yang terdiri dari 55 tenaga pengajar (30 dosen dan 25 asisten dosen) serta 15 karyawan non akademik yang bekerja di salah satu Fakultas Keperawatan Swasta Tangerang, dimana teridentifikasi adanya perilaku Work Engagement dan OCB di dalamnya. Desain penelitian menggunakan model persamaan struktural SEM (Structural equation modeling) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Public Value (OPV) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan hidup karyawan sedangkan Work Engagement (WE) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel mediator mampu memediasi pengaruh OPV terhadap Kepuasan Hidup (life Satisfaction) karyawan.
